1.Mr. Than Thanh Vu - Chairman
Mr. Than Thanh Vu is the Standing Vice Chairman and CEO of Vietnam Tourism Property Association (VnTPA). He is the founder of VnTPA, the organization that has gathered more than 200 members who are investors and developers of hotel, resorts and entertainment parks. He is also the founder and chairman of VnTPO Forum – the largest annual international real estate congress in Vietnam. He has involved in the development of real estate properties valued more than US$ 2 billion. His knowledge, vision, understanding and relations in the real estate and investment industries are great values that contribute vastly to our clients.
2.Mr. Nguyen Kien Trung - Vice Chairman & Director
Nguyen Kien Trung brings in more than 15 years in marketing and advertising. He has developed and supervised some of the largest marketing campaigns for international corporations in Vietnam (Unilever, Tiger Beer, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Sony, to name a few). He has Master degree in Mass Communication. Taking advantage of his expertise in marketing and advertising, Mr. Trung is providing our clients with the most effective solutions. Mr. Trung is also a VnTPA’s Director, in charge of communication.
3.Mr. Martin H.Kaye - Strategy Advisory
Founder of Millennium Group born in Hong Kong, with over 20 years of experience in regional development and marketing of institutional quality real estate. Held executive director positions at CBRichard Ellis and Savills, representing a total of 48 Million sq.ft. and concluding over US$3.4 Billion of transaction value. His area of expertise covers: institutional real estate acquisitions and dispositions, institutional equity and debt finance, development and regional marketing strategies.
4.Dr. Phan Huu Thang - Strategy Advisory
Holding the Head of Foreign Investment Dept - MPI position for a record 20 years, Dr. Phan Huu Thang was considered as one of the leading expert in this field. Under his terms, FDI to VN reached the record height of 64 billion $ in 2008. Dr. Thang helps Sao Khue’s clients in facilitating relationship with Vietnamese gov’t bodies, besides contributing valuable advices & connections.
5. Ms. Le Kim Thuy - Creative Director
Ms. Kim has been with Mr. Vu since the time PQL established. Kim is in charge of internal affairs and government communications.Kim graduated from The HCM City Foreign Trade University. She used to work for Le Phan Construction Company that is No.1 Ready mix concrete supplier in HCMC and surroundings before joining PQL.
6. Mr. Yataka Morimoto - Industrial Park Development Associate
Mr. Yataka Morimoto devoted his career to Nomura Group, one of the world’s largest financial institutions. He held the Managing Director position of Nomura Haiphong, and made it the most successful industrial park (IP) in North VN. His experience & knowledge is important in IP development & marketing strategy. He also a team member of our IP promotion campaign targeting JAPAN-VIETNAMese firms.
7. Mr. Seiji Suzuki - Project Development Advisory - Harrington Institute of Interior Design, Illinois., majored in architecture and interior design
Mr. Suzuki has been working Housing Development and Design, working jointly with “Pacific Sakata Development,” designed and built 121 residential houses in Burridge, a suburb of Chicago, worth an average of U.S. $2 million each and also developed and built 168 residential houses selling for US $600,000 each, at a total land construction cost of US $27 million. In the USA. - Also he managed Nursing home order by JAPAN-VIETNAMese Investor, working jointly with “Vanguard,” to also manage 13 nursing homes value at US $7 million each, at a total investment of US $91 million. He created the first golf training center in the mid-West that stays open 24/7. The project drew the attention of Raymond Floyd and Arnold Palmer.
