How we work

  1. We will study your demands: type of manufacturing & products, size of factory, location preferred, timing, particular requirements, etc...
  2. Based on your demands, we will provide you available options for your selection.
  3. Based on your selection, we will provide you full details of the factory, all other related things & services and costs, time plan for your decision.
  4. Based on your decision, we will start building the factory and doing all other services as per your requirement. It takes 3-6 months for building the factory.

We can provide you rental factories right in HCMC, Hanoi and every other places in Vietnam whether it is in Town or in the Industrial Park Areas. We provide rental factories from 250 m2 to more than 10,000m2 and full services from A-Z at your convenience. Here are some standard rental factories for your reference.

General Costs

  • Time of Rental Contract: Min.3 years
  • Payment Terms:
    • Deposit of 12 Months' Rental Amount.
    • Monthly Rental Payment at 1st day.
  • The Above Costs do not include Electricity, Water and Waste Treatment Charges - for reference pls see below:
    • Electricity: US$ 0.30 / KWh
    • Water: US$ 0.40 / M3
    • Waste Treatment: US$ 0.30 / M3

      • (80% of water consumption)
